Horrible, if I could give zero stars I would. Waited an hour without acknowledgment, when she walked in she hasn’t read my chart or looked at my scans I has forwarded over. She had no bedside manner, did not listen to me, and started telling me I had the wrong diagnosis 15 years ago, despite tests and 2 other neurologists confirming. The worst medical experience I have ever had.

I never got in. Weeks of wasted time. Multiple attempts made by my doctor sending in a referral, and nothing. Over and over again we double checked the fax #. Put on hold for long waits and then get cut off by the lunch hour or no one returns to pick up the call Finally asked if i could hand deliver it and they said for the first time we would need your full records too. Can't just take the referral and start communicating electronically with my doctor - i guess that is way too difficult. Well my records are only hundreds of pages long. judging by some of the reviews no one care.

Update: I had DBS surgery for Parkinson's Disease in 2019. The DBS implant requires that we do fine tuning with an IPOD-like-device while balancing my medications. This takes time to strike the right balance, thus the unpredictable wait time. My appointments have ranged from 15 to 50 minutes, but the excellent results and shared information are well worth any wait.

I have a rare disease that is complicated by seizures. Dr. Aubrectova is genuine. Takes time with each patient, thus the wait time. Her accent makes it hard to understand at times. Office staff is quick to charge you a late fee even though I've waited to see her30 min later than my appt when I was on time. I refused to pay it and talked to Dr. A about it and she walked to the desk and took care of the situation. I've been going to this office over 10 years. Late just once. Won't go anywhere else

She was absolutely awfu, always late for appointments never took the time to listen to my concerns and always cut the appointment short because she was always running behind. She initially diagnosed me with multiple sclerosis and just handed me a book and told me to read it and that was it. she told me she would put me on a bunch of drugs and I was going to be ok and not to worry. Her nurse was just as awful always forgetting to refill my prescriptions.
