Amazing doctor who really listens and care
After a long wait in a small waiting room , on February 24,2024 due to short staffing I finally got to meet and converse with this amazing doctor. She completely listened and as a nurse, we came up with a potential diagnosis together. She was very attentive and wicked smart with excellent people skills. Highly recommend 5 of 5 stars

Dr Makhoul is one of those rare specialists who is both an excellent doctor and has a wonderful bedside manner. She cared for my daughter in the hospital about 5 years ago, and went above and beyond to get her the the tests she needed quickly by calling in staff after hours. My daughter had multiple issues, and she consulted with all of the necessary specialists to help pin down the correct diagnosis and treatment. She showed compassion not only for my daughter, but also for me. I am so thankful for Dr Makhoul. Kathy Ramsey, Malvern, AR. (Patient, Sara Ramsey)

Im not sure why she has so many negative reviews.she has really worked with me even after being upset a time or too cause if was difficult finding the treatment I needed.she helped me find it she also saw some of my other health issues ( anxiety) an couldn't of been anymore caring she let me relax right in her office.she deserves better reviews then what she has sometimes you have to put the effort into maintaining a healthy an honest relationship with your Dr,it took me a while to understand what she was doing it took some trial an error an she helped me a lot.i trust her a lot an am happy to say she's my dr.my list could go on.dr if you ever read this thank you so much for being so caring.

She was very nice but I was suppose to have testing scheduled and a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. The testing nor follow up appt was ever scheduled. I have called 3 times this week which is 3 weeks after my appointment with her to get my lab results. No one ever called me back but I finally talked to someone this morning. Needless to say I will not be returning to see her. I hate I wasted my time and money on making the trip to Little Rock to see her.

Rude, disrespectful to patients. Doctor refuesd to work with the patient and the patients other doctors to improve health problems. Staff never returns phone calls. Took eight weeks to get a updraft machine after 100s of phone calls to the office that were never returned & two trips into the office. After the first couple of visits you do not see the doctor you only see a nurse who doesn't even know what you have been diagnosed with. I was threatened by the doctor & told to found a new doctor.

I saw Dr Makhoul 4 years and received excellent care. When she left a practice at the Baptist Medical center I could not locate her as I would have liked to stay with her practice. I have new insurance and will be going back to her for my pulmonary issues.

Warmth and kindness don't always go hand in hand with specialist doctors. Dr Makhoul is the exception. She took the time to explain what was going on and didn't order tests or medication that weren't needed. Simply wonderful.
