This was a phone call visit in August 2020. This doctor was assigned to my daughter through United Healthcare. His accent made him hard to understand. He didn't appear to understand how an address is supposed to look and seemed to ask rather inappropriate questions. I don't feel that United Healthcare makes any effort to screen doctors or which ones are even accepting patients. The whole process to find a psychiatrist was very difficult, with doctors not calling back and missing appointment times for online communication. Phone numbers were incorrect and most doctors listed as "accepting new patients" were not doing so.
