My first visit with Dr. Anderson
I visited Dr. Anderson in search of a new PCP. She was very approachable and friendly as well as knowledgeable and thorough. I believe my search for a new PCP is over.

Best Doctor Hands down
I have gone through the toughest time of my life the past few months and have had to see Dr. Anderson a few times. I was happy with the previous doctor, and was unhappy to be seeing a new doctor. However, I changed my mind after my first appointment with Dr Anderson. My first visit was in March. She is very attentive, recommended books for me to read, and even pulled up an amazon listing on her phone for an item she was recommending. I had a couple of medications that weren't working, she was very understanding and recommended a different medication. And thoroughly explained the differences in the medicines. She has always been attentive, caring and made me feel 100% better after our appointment. She is going to move offices in a few months and I think I am going to travel 25 miles out of my way to her new office just to continue care under her.

Yearly exam
Had yearly Medicare exam. It was a joke. Dr did not even touch me. Did not even do a basic exam ie check heart or lungs. No exam. Failed to discuss recent MRI etc. Did not address issues properly or professionally. Did not suggest labs or further testing. I felt dismissed by her. Of course Medicare will not pay for another yearly exam.

Dr. Anderson took over my prior PCP’s practice last month. Today was my first visit with her and I absolutely love her! I admit, I was skeptical, but am so glad I gave her a chance. I was raised under the false pretense that DO’s didn’t know as much as MD’s, and I worked with/for MD’s for 32 years. She is extremely knowledgeable, very outgoing and empathetic, and explains things in a way that anyone could understand. I just can’t say enough GREAT things about her or the staff at this office!! 10 stars!!

I thought doctors were here to help people?!!!
Apparantly Dr. Anderson is taking over for Dr. Angelic Alvarez but was never taught ethics or to a patient's needs. I needed Dr. Anderson to sign a medication refill but she apparantly she chose to ignore it even though my pharmacy faxed her the order last week. I KNOW my pharmacy faxed it to her, as her office manager told me she had it right there in front of her. Well it is the following week, I am feeling ill, which could have been completely avoided had Dr. Anderson cared enough to send in my refill. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PCP THAT IS RESPONSIVE, I WOULD PROCEED WITH CAUTION
