Amazing doctor and staff!
I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Do and the office staff as well. Dr. Do really listened to me. She gave me her full attention, explained everything in terms anyone could understand, and really listened to me. I was so happy with my experience that I could have hugged her!

Called for a follow up appointment and triage nurse just blew me off because I have not lost weight even though I'm not well. I wanted to give the doctor a second chance so this is why I was going back for a follow up

Took over 8 months to get appointment. Appomattox was rushed. Did not listen at appointment at all. I explained numerous times that I do not have gallstones but biliary dyskinesia. That my triggers are citric acid, not fat. As we are walking out of the appointment, she says I need to avoid fat. Prescribed same medication I've failed 3 times before. Still couldn't tolerate it. Makes my symptoms worse. She says she's never heard of that like I was lying. I ended up canceling the procedure. I didn't want to work with a doctor who won't listen. Office also charged a no show fee for an appointment I rescheduled before 24 hrs due to possible covid. I had caller ID showing it.

Maybe ok for very simple issues
I don’t think she is very experienced - she did not ask one question, ordered unnecessary (and complicated) tests ( I had simply asked her about these tests - later found out they were not necessary). She seemed very overwhelmed by my symptoms. Wasted co-pay!

Great doctor. Horrible office staff. They are very
Highly recommend Hannah Do. She found and treated me for an issue I had for yrs. No other dr even bothered. The office staff is horrible. Rude, inconsiderate. I thought management would have taken care of this. Obviously not.

Finally solved my problem
I've had an embarrassing, painful issue for years that other doctors kept dismissing. Finally I found Dr. Do and she was able to find the root cause and the treatment I needed. She really took the time to listen and take my concerns seriously. This is the first time I've been pain free down there in years. I cannot recommend her enough.

Doctor is nice. Office staff unhelpful.
Dr. Ho’s staff is difficult to deal with and did not understand what type of prep was available for a virtual colonoscopy. I had to argue and call other departments in the hospital to get them to understand. They do not exhibit a polite and caring attitude and need to be retrained on dealing effectively with patients. They also refused to email me my test results, insisting on sending them in snail mail that would take 2 weeks. I am tired of trying to get help and information from them.

Not happy
Not good. I needed an endoscopy quickly. Her office scheduled it 3 months out. Kept calling to have it moved up. She knew I most likely had cancer and did nothing to help.
