Dr. Hannah Howard, MD

During my appointment, I was provided 2 medication options. The option I chose was denied by insurance, so i tried to get the 2nd option that was offered to me. I was informed Dr. Howard would have to see me again, so another billed appointment. I informed her nurse that I had already seen her and just wanted the other option she already provided and I had already paid for an appointment as well as extra blood work. I cancelled my follow up appointment as I haven't actually received treatment. I'm quite disappointed that is seems they will only care if I pay for another appointment, when I was just seen.

Dr Howard is very personable and listens to concerns. She explains things well, and is very caring. I never have to wait at the appointment, and takes whatever time that is needed.

Dr Howard was so personable and spoke to me in layman’s terms. I was completely satisfied with her approach and will make my next year’s appointment with her as well!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Listens and is concerned about you as an individual. My last dermatologist was just trying to run you through as fast as he could. She seems to be very concerned and will look at any concern you have and throughly explain what it might be, and will immediately treat or address if needed.

Dr. Howard is excellent, very professional and through. She takes her time with you. Have already referred her to my son-law and he feels the same way.

Even though my insurance doesn't require a 'referral,' Dr. Howard does. So, in order to see her, I have to go to my PCP, pay the copay to ask for a referral to see Dr. Howard. Nope, sorry, too much trouble and totally unnecessary.

Dr. Howard was kind, caring and very professional. You can tell she really cares about doing a good job. If I ever need more care, she will be the one I call. Period.

Dr. Howard was honestly wonderful. She got into the exam quickly (I think I only waited maybe 5 minutes). She took her time, ans answered my questions. I absolutely did not feel rushed by her! She made sure I had no other questions before she left and gave me a clear game plan of my next steps. I really appreciated her! The clinic in general, is another story. The two front desk receptionists sit behind a glass protector and will let you stand at the front desk a few minutes before either of them open the screen. Before they slide the door open, they don’t even look at you. When they finally acknowledge you to check you in, it feels like you are a nuisance and distracting them from more important work. I’d like to keep seeing Dr. Howard, but if my experience with the clinic remains the same, I will likely not return. Again, she herself was awesome but I don’t know if that can make up for the overarching negative experience.

Dr. Howard always does a thorough examination and takes time explain her findings and answer any of my questions.

Dr. Howard is wonderful! She is compassionate, thorough, & takes time to answer questions. I went in for a skin rash on my hands, which had been unsuccessfully treated weeks prior by another MD. (It was miserable!) Dr. Howard was able to resolve it within a few days of treatment. She also took the time to check out other skin concerns ( moles, spots) & was most reassuring. I am thrilled & highly recommend her expertise. Also- the Office staff & Nurses were top notch. One Happy Camper here!

Dr. Hannah Howard cares about her patients and takes the time to check out any skin irregularities. She removed a few pre-cancerous spots at my last appointment. I have confidence in her and I am thankful she is my dermatologist.
