Dr. Hannah Lichtsinn, MD

Earlier this year, I made a doctor appointment after a night of a horrible pain. I didn’t go to the ER because I was just getting over Covid. I was happy to get in with Hannah the next day. I wanted to get imaging done to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong. Hannah was very rude to me. She asked me if I was stressed out and if she could refer me to a therapist. She thought maybe stress was why I was in pain. That was the opening to our appointment, the rest of the appointment I felt belittled and talked down to. Her recommendations costed me another $1350 in medical bills, I knew these procedures weren’t the right thing as I had already gone down that path but I was desperate. I felt gaslighted and also lost a lot of trust in our medical professionals. It was the worst doctors visit I’ve ever had.

I felt very uncomfortable during my last visit with Dr. Lichtsinn. Particularly when discussing the safety and efficacy of the most recents vaccines. I have a background in virology and clinical research, so I was completely shocked when she presented misinformation. Additionally, she belittled me as I asked very basic questions. I was made to feel small and incapable of making an informed decision. I was planning on getting my booster, but after this experience, I don't know that I trust medical professionals, certainly not Dr. Lichtsinn.

Awful. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I met with Hannah Lichtsinn a few days ago. My primary goal was to establish a relationship with a primary care provider at my new Health Care clinic. After introductions, she pulled up a 2+ year old physical and focused on the only data point of concern, a borderline high cholesterol count. I explained that that was the result of a particul diet I was doing at the time which had that as an outcome, but that the clinic blood screen didn’t do a deep enough dive to see the actual types of cholesterol which would require a sports med. type screen. I offered to get a new lab test. Then she proceeded to work from that singular data point and wasted the rest of the time she should have spent develops rapport and learning about my health goals and lifestyle, showing me online data charts that showed likelihood of someone of my age, gender and race needing statins at age 70 based on that one data point. What?! No holistic training, very poor listener, disrespectful and just plain rude.

A fantastic doctor. Extremely easy to talk with her and her staff.

Dr. Lichtsinn is a great doctor and listens well. Highly recommend.

I got lucky with a chance appointment opening same-week for Dr. Lichtsinn. I now have a primary care provider I feel great and fortunate to be working with. She provides unrushed attention and care, explains answers to questions in an approachable fashion, is solution-oriented, and very human. Highly recommend her.
