Dr. Huang is incredible
Dr Huang spent 80 minutes with me going over my health and listened with such empathy and kindness. He took diligent notes and very carefully asked follow up questions. He has recommended treatment and I have. 110% trust in Dr. Huang.

Time to find another doctor
My husband first saw Dr. Huang in Feb. 2024. We had been searching for a Dr. who could help my husband with debilitating life altering migraines, we thought we finally found one to help, Dr. Huang was highly recommended. After no relief, two infusions and increased frequency of migraines, my husband still followed Dr. Huang's treatment plan, he trusted him. I went with him today to meet Dr. Huang, ask him questions and share my concerns. My husband (who had a migraine) was called to go back to the treatment room but I was not allowed to go with him. My husband told the Dr. that I was very much a part of this journey as he was, all the Dr. said was 'it was the office policy'. Do you know what that one statement did for us? It started us down the road to find another Neurologist. I have NO confidence in this office due to their office policies and lack of compassion.

No empathy professionalism or accountability.
I first reached out to Dr. Huang's office in July 2023. I was given an appt. for Oct.. Two weeks prior to my appt., my appt. was canceled due to Dr. Huang traveling. I was scheduled to see a dif. Dr. in Nov.. That Dr. said to me: 'I don't know why they scheduled you with me, I am not a migraine specialist.' I was then given another appt. for Feb. At that visit, Dr. Huang diagnosed me with chronic migraines and put in a prescription for a specific treatment. I called several times for updates and was told that they would call me once it was approved. Three months passed! I finally called again to followup. The day after my call, I was called and told that it was 'finally' approved and that I could go in the following Thursday. They had moved to a new building. Unfamiliar, I went in the wrong door. There was a sign stating that to reach the Drs.' suites, I needed to take elevators on other side of building. I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment time. I was not seen!
