Incomplete prescription caused more pain for child
This physician wrote an incomplete prescription for a compounding drug for my child, and it was unfillable. It took us a whole additional 24 hours and an ER visit to get the prescription when it would have taken her 30 more seconds to write down the dosage and oral intake instructions. She caused my child another 24 hours of pain and my entire family lost sleep not to mention additional work for our pharmacist, the Nurse Line nurse and on call doctors, and the ER staff. She did not do the basic requirements of her job. She chatted up my son about an irrelevant topic but did not do the basics required in their interaction.

Dr. Reynolds was so kind and helpful during my urgent care visit. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. I wish I could see her as a primary doctor!!
