Dr. Haranath Policherla, MD

On the first visit I arrived 15 minutes earlier than appointment time in an outdated lobby, badly in need of fresh paint and redecorating from the 1980’s. Then I waited for one hour in the depressing exam room (again, needs paint and tear out of old stained carpet) before doctor came in to visit. He did give me over an hour of friendly and knowledgeable initial consultation time. I went back as instructed a few weeks later, a few minutes earlier than my appointment; again I waited over an hour and he was a no-show. I told the receptionist I would have to reschedule (was not charged for the visit). I called for what I was told would be a phone consultation next, but I was instructed to wait for the doctor’s call to me. He never called in two weeks. I reached out to the office to reschedule and was told to wait for a call. I was never called from November 2022, this is January 20, 2023. I guess he doesn’t want to help or need my business. I will go elsewhere. A shame.

He books many patients at the same time so there is always a several hours wait time. In addition, his waiting room, exam rooms and rest rooms are uncontionably filthy. His medical skills are excellent but those ancillary conditions make office visits intolerable.

I have been going to Dr. Policherla for over thirty years. My trust in him is unshakable for every reason one goes to see a doctor.

This place is so unprofessional!!! You have a appt and you still have to wait 2 plus hours to be seen by anybody !! I’m highly pissed off right now ! Worst place to come ! Would never recommend this place to no one !!
