1 star for your humor xD
Initially, I was assigned to an older doctor, with whom I engaged in confrontations for amusement until I was reassigned to Dr. Gill. From the moment I looked into his eyes, it was evident that he did not prioritize the well-being of his patients. I wanted to gauge how seriously he would take me, so I shared genuine thoughts that I had never disclosed to anyone before. While some of my statements were disturbing, he interpreted them as humor, which I found acceptable as it allowed me to express things I had kept hidden locked away in my mind. You missed the opportunity to study a brain that transcends the typical experiences of your schizophrenic or suicidal patients. The information I provided was dismissed, yet it was truthful, Dr. Gill. I have been seeking a doctor who is genuinely interested in studying a mind like mine, as I do not think like an average person. I found enjoyment in challenging your perceptions. Riddle?I am a bridge, often crossed, but most undesired when shattered

Horrific abuser of patients
Dr. Gil not only doesn't listen to his patients, he also decides on a diagnosis before he even sees you. Once he makes up his mind, there is no changing it. If you disagree with his diagnosis, you are wrong and are then made to feel crazy and he makes decisions to make you feel as though you are being punished for having issues like anxiety. He stigmatized mental illnesses and creates an environment where patients are afraid to be honest out of fear of retaliation. He abuses his role when it comes to keeping patients hospitalized for extended periods of time to utilize their insurance, when the patients are not in any danger. He refuses to release them and tells them they aren't really sick but they are there as a 'consequence of their behavior'. Being sick and having a moment shouldn't result in a punishment like being stripped of your dignity, self worth, ability to remain in your own home, or being treated with respect. This doctor has a sickness of his own.

Abuser of Power
This is the WORST excuse for a provider I have EVER come across. In a vulnerable time, he was not interested in my emotional state or diagnosis. He wanted to know about my husband and what problems we were having. (We weren’t having any, but over time problems were created in my head.) this man presented himself as a savior to my marriage in a therapeutic setting. A true wolf in sheep’s clothing. It has taken me years to overcome what this man has done to me. Avoid him at all costs.

I will never go back
I’ve been treated by dr. gill for almost 2 years. At first I was upset after every appointment. I kept going because I needed my meds and I couldn’t get in to anyone else. I tried to make the most of it. He was super condescending and rude during appointments, hurried through and didn’t seem to care. It started to get a little better and then my appointment today was awful. A therapist diagnosed me with ADHD last week and she sent me with the diagnostic paperwork and Dr. Gill completely dismissed it. He was the one who first mentioned the possibility of ADHD to me.He mocked my therapist, mocked me, was extremely condescending and rude, talked over me in everything I was trying to say and I was sobbing after the appointment was over. My two young boys were in the room as well. After I left I heard loud noises coming from his office and it really scared me. I have been struggling with mental health for 25 years and this is the worst appointment I have ever been to. I will never go back.

Horrible Psychiatrist
Horrible. Awful. He is highly egocentric and arrogant. Gives the aura of a God-Complex. Didn’t take the time to listen and insisted I was creating my symptoms. I feel very lost and confused as I was seeking treatment to relieve some very debilitating mental symptoms. I would not recommend Dr. gill to anyone.

Dr. Gill is a very smug little thing with a sense of superiority about him. He has the worst bedside manner, but he’s a psychiatrist. He is the WORST example of a psychiatrist I have ever seen.

In the short time I’ve been a patient at Lourdes counseling center 3 doctors have left the practice. This says to me that it’s not a good place to work. So they were probably pretty desperate when they hired Dr. Gill. When I described my symptoms and how i have been having trouble with medications he said that I’m just a really negative person and I need to meditate and practice mindfulness. He never gave me any tips on either of those two practices. I read a review about him saying he took the time to find a treatment plan that worked so I was positive going into the appointment. He has what he thinks is best and if you don’t like it then tough. Dr. Gill makes me feel really uncomfortable and not at ease at all. Try and find a different Dr and don’t waste your time.

The dr I was originally seeing left the practice and i got stuck with this jerk. I don’t think I have ever been treated so badly as I have by Dr Gill. He’s so arrogant and rude. If you question any part of his treatment plan he basically writes you off. He doesn’t care at all what the patient thinks and doesn’t care to work with the patient to make a treatment plan they are comfortable with. He also doesn’t really seem to know that much about medications because he prescribed something for me that is not recommended for my condition. Maybe if he had actually listened to me instead of interrupting me while i was trying to tell him my concerns he would have known that. Dr Gill lacks the compassion and patience needed to treat people with mental illness and should probably consider another line of work. It just sucks that the area I live in has a major shortage of shrinks. I would not recommend dr Gill.
