I will not be going back to him
I was born with a genetic blood disorder. Prior to moving to Florida, I was going to a specialized clinic at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. My disease requires me to have pain medication at once so during my visit with him, Dr. Haren Bodepudi said that he has never seen anyone with my disease. Why he didn’t recommend to me a competent pain manage doctor, I don’t know. I am 66 years old and since it's genetic, I had to suffer my entire life with creases that caused extreme pain. My previous doctors focused on my pain and allowed me to have strong medications to get me through them. I cannot, go back to him because I will die if I have to wait for him to understand what I am going through. My only option will be to admit myself to a hospital instead of self-treating for the pain. I will not be going back to him!

Competent, concerned and caring.
I have seen Dr. Bodepudi for a few years now and his advice and procedures have had good success. For some of my back issues his procedures and medication have been great for some others we are still a work in progress. I have seen other pain management doctors and what I like most about Bodepudi is how is listens and how we work together to determine next steps.

WARNING! Dr, Bodepudi is a joke and his license should be terminated. I was seeing this doctor for over 2 years and every time I had a real issue he blamed the weather for it. I have been suffering from Sciatica nerve on my right leg and after a few testing it was determined that it was from my SI Joint. Dr. Bodepudi offered me an SI Joint injection that should have been done at the office but he wouldn't and I had it done at a surgical center. I was told that my copay was $352 which I thought it was extremely high but I decided to go for the injection. The injection took 3 minutes and my insurance was charged around $14,800 because Dr.Bodepudi claimed it was done at a Cleveland Clinic hospital as a surgical procedure. I was also told that my copay is $777.51. Despite all my efforts Cleveland Clinic refused to adjust the claim. Now going back to the SI injection received, right after I had the injection I had really bad low back pain which I thought it was normal at the moment. After 2 weeks of continuous pain I decided to message Dr. Bodepudi and explained what I was going through. I received a message saying the doctor had no availability to see me and I replied to please allow Dr. Bodepudi review my message. NO ANSWER RECEIVED. A month passes by and I can't walk from the lower back pain that started to radiate to my left hip. I decided to send a harsh message to Dr. Bodepudi because besides the back pain I had major cervical pain (neck) going to my right shoulder all the way to my hand which was numb. The pain was excruciating! I couldn't sit, stand or lye down. The doctor accepted to see me to treat me with disrespect and told me that it was all in my mind and to sit down. He ignored my lower back pain and refused to have an MRI to see if his injection caused the major pain in my lower back. I demanded then for him to order an MRI for my neck and I emphasized again all the pain I been having. The doctor told me that from now on he wouldn't be given me any more injection permanently because he was uncomfortable. He told me to come and see him in 4 weeks and his assistant never scheduled the visit. I requested the medical records of the SI Joint injection procedure and the doctor refused to provide the documents telling me he didn't have them a month after the procedure was done. After performing the Mri on my neck it showed that I had several tears on my nerve and 3 herniated disc. Dr, Bodepudi's assistance calls me 2 days after the result and tells me that the doctor is saying to look for a neurosurgeon and refused to give me that urgent epidural injection needed to calm the pain. I had to look for another pain management doctor who tells me that I was the second patient today coming from Dr. Bodepudi complaining about the same issue. After my new pain management doctor reviewed my MRI he told me that I needed an emergency epidural injection and requested an MRI for my lower back pain to see why i was having some much pain after the injection. Please do your self a favor and stay away from Dr. Bodepudi unless you want to suffer and have more pain. Also, Cleveland Clinic is in Ohio not Florida and they are a scam!

What a Joke
Dr. Bodepudi is a joke of a doctor. He told my significant other that pain does not cause nausea and vomiting yet Cleveland Clinic, the Mayo Clinic and others say severe and chronic pain can cause nausea and vomiting. He ordered a new MRI and when the results came back he stated that there was no changes yet when we read the current MRI report and compared it to the prior MRI report both were completely different. He acted as if she was faking and as if she was not in pain. I would not trust this doctor to treat a pimple on my rear let alone somebody with severe pain issues.
