The worst physician and office staff ever
First of all, I feel that they try to always push you to use their "friends" for lab, mri, and referrals. They literally would not provide a script for a mri unless they could use a company they get a percentage from. I can not rationally understand any other reason why I could not go where I wanted for my mri.. They also made me come back twice to get a prescription for my medication for no reason at all. I never ran out of my medications since I went to this doctor. I feel that any good rating were from friends or staff..The service here is actually horrific. This is all my personal opinion and I am entitled to it..The office staff is totally unprofessional. You will never get a call back unless you get lucky and call 5/6 times..I was at Central medical for over 5 years. There was never a problem. When Dr. Sawlani took it over this last year. It was like night and day. I will never return. Do yourself a favor and stay away..

Dr. Sawlani, his nurse practitioner and medical staff are great and deserve 4 stars, but unfortunately his front office staff is so horrible that it really isn't worth going to him anymore and quite frankly they deserve zero stars. I hope for his sake that he will start hiring people with experience, respect, manners and phone etiquette. Good health care begins the second someone calls your office, and while there it begins at the front desk. I highly suggest he invests in training his front office staff, as this position requires interpersonal skills. If you can get passed the rude women handling phone calls and appointments then go see the doctor. He listens well and he addresses the issues you have questions about.
