Good Clinicians, Bad Administration
MD Psychiatry & Emotional Health, PLLC is expanding rapidly. Unfortunately, the administrative staff and procedures are not keeping up. As they expand they are adding physical locations which are 10 plus miles apart. The administrative staff makes errors in appointment locations and times some 20% of the time. I share this from family experience and observing patients arrive and even waiting for appointments in the wrong office. Later the administrative staff will claim they notified them. I've observed patients sharing the phone and text messages proving they were never notified. Even myself, I setup an appointment 4 to 6 weeks in advance, the day before the appointment I was texted the appointment was in the office I expected, 1 hour before the appointment I was informed the appointment was moved to another office.

Although 3 websites say he is accepting new patients, I was told on the phone that he is not accepting new patients. I am extremely disappointed because his unique qualifications and specialties are exactly what I need.
