False Notes
Relative was in ICU for 2 weeks. Family spoke to another doctor to establish DNR for patient and would need to make further decisions on long term care. This was noted in record. Later, Dr. Reddy wrote, without ever speaking to family, that family wanted 'comfort care' for patient. All medications were withdrawn and patient passed away.

Don't know who he is or why he came in our hospital room. He said hi, looked at the chart, asked 2 mundane questions, walked out, and I have a bill for $437 with a line item that read Critical Care First Hour. What a great job! I would love to make $437 for 30 seconds.
