Great experience
Dr. Mann was the first neurologist I’ve seen and the experience was much better than I expected. He asked a lot of questions, did a thorough exam and listened and gave input on everything I had to say. He was very patient and compassionate and I truly felt heard and understood. I’m thankful to have him as my neurologist.

Amazing Doctor
Telehealth
Dr. Mann is an amazing neurologist. I’ve suffered from severe migraines since my teens and when my pcp didn’t want to help me get to the bottom of the cause, Dr. Mann did. He listens to your concerns and takes the time to get to know you as a patient. Would absolutely recommend him!!

RUDE, Dismissive, Condescending & Patronizing
In 2007, after seeing several doctors, a neuropsychologist, having had years of neuropsychological testing & multiple MRIs, I was placed on PERMANENT disability by the Social Security Administration. As we all know, the Social Security Administration will do just about anything to avoid approving SSD for a person. This doctor told me, FROM ONE VISIT, that he disagrees with the diagnosis I was given by several other medical professionals after years of medical testing . He refused to look at my old records. He rushed me through the appointment. This doctor has ZERO bedside manner! He treated me very dismissively, as if don't know my diagnosis, my own body & my own brain. He is RUDE, arrogant, condescending & patronizing. He treated me terribly. I had to call his office twice over missing lab work orders. I cannot, in all good conscience, recommend this doctor to ANYONE!

Dr. Mann was extremely thorough and took the time to read through my chart and the information I entered during the pre-check in process. I feel that he truly cares about my concerns and wants to develop a plan to find out the root cause of my issues and determine the best course of treatment. He explained his thoughts in a technical manner without being overbearing and I appreciated his expertise.
