Dr. Rich is exactly what a patient expects from a professional. Listens about your concerns and respects your decision after he explains his diagnose. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Dr. Rich delivered his pre-op information thoroughly and interactively (he welcomed questions). The procedure itself was everything in content and process that he stated it would be. His and the hospital staff's professionalism made me feel very confident and calm. Post-op care was excellent. One area for improvement - the management team needs to do a better job confirming that the patients insurance covers the location of the procedure.

I recently had a colonoscopy with Dr Rich at the Johnston RI Blackstone Valley Surgicare, the staff there is just wonderful! I had a very good experience from the moment we signed in until they wheeled me out to the car after my procedure! All of the staff were warm, friendly and very professional. Dr Rich is very kind and professional and sets your mind at ease about the procedure. Thank you all for a pleasant experience Judith A Burns - Procedure was Monday 01/23/2017
