Had face lift. I look great. No one could tell I had one done. All my friends would say is you look great. Did you lose weight? You look so young.

Poor Outcomes
My septoplasty and rhinoplasty were failures. My nose looks much worse than before surgery. Family, friends and co-workers all agree. Consults for revision say I should think long and hard because it’s very likely it will look even worse. Dr. Dresner went from being very friendly in the start until I started questioning the outcomes, then seemed irritated. Being a nurse for 40 years does not make a person immune from choosing the wrong surgeon. Good Luck to all.

my nose surgery experience has been terrible. My nose looks crooked after nasal valve collapse repair. I’ve had nothing but issues coming up on a year post surgery. This was supposed to help my breathing but the swelling hasn’t gone down and the nasal valve still collapses when breathing through the nose. Also since the surgery my right sinus has completely closed up which was not an issue before. I literally have to pull/push on my cheek to open it in order to get the mucus out and sometimes it take several hours of doing this + saline spray to get the big clump of stuck mucus out. My nose is constantly dripping, I’m constantly blowing it, and I’ve been using Sudafed for an unsafe amount of time. I had an appointment on 3/29 to address all of these issues and they called and canceled it. I will be getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion because this has been unbearable and has reduced my quality of life.

I am 6 months post-op following a septorhinoplasty with Dr. Dresner to address functional and aesthetic concerns of my nose. I had been contemplating this procedure for years but was so nervous that I would end up with a botched result. About 18 months ago I started "interviewing" surgeons to make sure I found the right fit. I met four other surgeons prior to meeting with Dr. Dresner and after our initial consult, I knew he was the right choice. He was very patient and thorough. He was matter-of-fact and straight forward but was very kind and funny. I made four follow-up appointments following our initial consult to discuss my procedure further and ask more questions regarding the surgery. I never once felt rushed or belittled, even though several of my questions had already been discussed! He is double board certified and therefore very skilled at what he does. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for him and all his staff. I am so pleased with the results.

Horrible experience, seeking revision elsewhere. The results left me looking and feeling worse. Little consolation or follow up.

Dr Dresner assured he would correct a collapsed nasal valve which impaired my breathing, as well as improve tip with cosmetic work. Underwent a 4 hour rhinoplasty. 10 mnths later, My impaired breathing is worse & aesthetically my nose is MUCH bigger AND CROOKED in proportion to my face. He said poor results are a result of my bodies healing. I have consulted with other surgeons who are sure of their abilities in revision and are not convinced the results are caused by only “poor healing” BEWARE

Performed a Septorhinoplasty on me about two years ago. I had forgot what it felt like to breathe through your nose, and I thought my nose being stuffed up all the time was normal. Initially I was supposed to get a septoplasty, but after talking with Dr. Dresner he said he could likely get a rhinoplasty through insurance as well, and he did. My nose was very crooked and now it's straight. Dr. Dresner realized that this was my first real surgery, and he did a good job at comforting me.

Dr Dresner was professional in his evaluation and manor at all times. At the first visit he recommended surgery to repair my deviated septum and assured me that his staff would work with my insurance company to make sure the procedure would be covered. They made it very easy and assisted with the scheduling of the procedure. After the surgery I had much less swelling and bruising than I expected and now can breathe through my nose. The appearance is perfect too, wonderful work.
