Dr. Harold Blalock, MD

By referral and scheduled appointment with Dr. Blalock rather than meeting with Dr. Blaylock to discuss a penile implant I was seen by a Nurse Practitioner. Never got to see Doctor. Checkout staff was less than helpful when I asked why I didn’t get to see Dr. Blaylock only wanted to schedule an August appointment with the Nurse Practitioner. Checkout clerk was annoyed (“ Don’t look like I’m gonna get to eat lunch these people keep showing up”) This appointment was referred, scheduled and confirmed, I drove 2.5 hours one way a total wasted day. Not a positive experience.

Dr. Blalock performed a no-scalpel procedure, and the only discomfort experienced was the lidocaine. Procedure was otherwise quick and painless.

I highly recommend Dr. Blalock because of his professionalism, knowledge, and experience. He effectively and efficiently analyzed and fixed my problem in a timely manner.

At 56 I was floored to learn I had prostate cancer. I was referred to Dr Blalock whom I found to be professional, thorough, and curtious. Following consultation, he performed a robotic prostatectomy. My recovery has gone well so far with no complications. My pathology report looks very encouraging and I expect to gain a full recovery with time. I would recommend Dr Blalock without reservation.

Dr. Blalock is excellent at what he does! I was a rare and hard to manage case with multiple kidney issues, and he made sure to make every attempt at clearing my infection instead of just taking my kidney. He is a miracle worker!

Dr Blalock was a caring and very informative DR. After my test my PSA was a 7.9 it was determined I had Prostate Cancer. he discussed my treatment options and he highly suggested to remove the prostate.We talked about other options and the side effects of surgery.I had the surgery.I am 7 months post op and cancer free!!! WOW I FEEL LIKE THE MAN SAVED MY LIFE!!! ALL OF MY SIDE EFFECTS ARE GONE,MY SEX LIFE IS BACK TO NORMAL AND HAVE REGAINED ALL OF MY BLADDER CONTROL.MY LIFE IS NORMAL. THANKS DOC.
