Poor Quality of Service.
Wait times are always over 60 mins as they double book all the appointments. Missed test results on chart causing hospitalization of family members. They are more worried about getting patients in and out then they are about the quality of the service.

This provider has the market cornered in Preble County, Ohio. He took over his daddy's practice of 30 or 40 years & is the medical director at all three nursing homes in Eaton, OH. My daughter used to work at the local CVS Pharmacy & informed me & her mother that about 90% of the prescriptions that go through there are written by him. Pretty telling when there's certainly more than one physician in Preble County. When I first met him at my father's facility, he was a jerk when I introduced myself to him. And when I tried to inform him of my father's current health issues, he responded "That would've been nice to know." I responded to him, "You should've already known that because I gave your staff his medical records when I checked him into this place." His reaction was as if I'd just escorted Satan into a Cathedral. His staff of gatekeepers are real jewels as well. To try & get any assistance for anything from them is as if you're doing them a favor. They're rude, they won't listen

I have been coming to Dr. Ferguson since I was a teen. I have always joked with the girls in the office. But lately that have been rude.
