Takes advantage of the elderly by going into nursing homes and doing quick toenail trims (and not very good ones) then charging exorbitant fees including administrative fees that are unwarranted.

Both of my fee had developed ulcers which my regular podiatrist was having trouble with healing them. He referred me to Dr. Kaloogian. His nurses are very well qualified in wound care. It took about 5 months to resolve them and would have been a little sooner but a cast they put on rubbed against my ankle and produced a new ulcer. All that aside, Dr. Kaloogian, his staff and his special treatment modalities made all the difference in healing me. And no recurrence in over a year.
