good listener
i gave him all the possible information so he was well informed of my symptoms and he was very quiet listening to me. he seemed very knowledgeable although he was very businesslike.

If someone comes into the Mass Eye and Ear ER because they can't hear, can barely swallow and have difficulty talking, double check their medical history. If they have any type of lymphoma history, order a CT scan of the face. It wasn't laryngitis, it was the return of my lymphoma. I didn't have to suffer for another month had you just checked a little more.
