Less Than One Star
This doctor is abrupt and does not listen and has no bedside manner. She will not follow up on requests. She has recorded my medical history incorrectly, resulting in my not being able to receive proper care from other facilities. She refuses to correct her errors. Her lack of accuracy and care are abhorrent. She’s claimed things in my medical records that do not exist, she’s lied about performing physical exams she did not conduct. Her staff is unresponsive. Do not walk, run. Don’t waste your time, money, or more importantly, you LIFE on seeing this physician. She is dangerously lacking in her ability to listen, understand, diagnose, or even treat you as a human being.

Comprehensive & Compassionate
Some doctors provide comprehensive care. Some are compassionate. Dr. Sandhu and her staff provide both! They have worked tirelessly to assist me with migraines. I highly recommend her.

Dr Sandhu is one of those doctors that's probably great if you have an easy diagnosis. Otherwise, she is the most arrogant, condescending person I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Her tableside manner is horrendous. She refuses to explain anything and has become testy/combative with me on multiple occasions even though I have high blood pressure. She knows I can't engage with her because it's dangerous to my health.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Sandhu. In late January I was hospitalized with a traumatic brain injury requiring 2 brain surgeries. I almost died and was in ICU for the entire month of February. Unfortunately the ER Neurosurgeon didn't refer me to a Neurologist for follow up. My PCP got me an appointment with Dr Sandhu and it was a wonderful experience. She was very sympathetic to my issues and took the time to explain things to me. She ordered a couple tests for me to complete in order to get better answers for my condition. I'm very fortunate to have found a doctor who really cares! Thank you Dr Sandhu!

I saw Dr Sandu today and would highly recommend her. She she is pleasant and does not rush the appointment. She explained everything to me clearly and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. I trust her opinion and felt that she was very knowledgeable in her field.

She could care less about her patients. She always seemed to be in a hurry and that we were bothering her by being there for our appointment. She was absolutely worthless and ended up having to find another neurologist that would help.

My visit with Dr. Sandhu was horrible. She looked at my records and told me that there was nothing she could do for me. My last nerve testing was two years old. It might have helped to repeat it. Her advice was to continue with pain injections. Following that, she mentioned she could give me the basic office exam. At this point, I told her it was not necessary and left. She was not very caring and did not want to be bothered. Seeing her was a waste of my time.

She conducted an EMG test on me, a test that makes you move and she said "I don't know if you can tolerate the second half of this test, you keep moving." She also said to me, "You don't look like my other Myasthenia Gravis patients." As if everyone with MG looks the same way or doesn't have days when they feel okay and days when they don't.

Very Bad Experience. Inferred I had a heart attack! Totally untrue. Then pulled up my referral from primary it stated abnormal ECG. Then I went to Abrazo Heart clinic on Thomas Road and everything was normal. Not very proficient doctor.

Dr. Sandhu is an outstanding doctor! She is certified in Neurology & Sleep Studies, a plus for me. She listens, is not rushed, & is very knowledgeable. She prescribed an expensive migraine medication(which works!) for me. She is very concerned about the cost to me. She & her staff are working with me to get the cost down. Couldn't be more pleased.

I wouldn't recommend this facility. Dr. Harpreet Sandhu's conduct and professionalism is disappointing to say the least. She continued to ask me, "what I want her to do?" I don't know, I didn't ask to be at your office. My team of doctors are the ones that insisted I consult you and your office. I'm not the doctor so why am I being asked my opinion on the directions of my medical care? I asked for her advisement and was told she didn't feel that my conditions ran parallel with her scope of work

No capacity for appropriate clinical decision making when presented with results from sleep study. Results were inconsistent from one section of the report to another & it was clear she did not read the report - just the summary statement that had been prepared by another physician in the practice. She demonstrated prejudice and bias against fat/overweight/obesity like I have never seen in my life. I had to see another MD in the practice to ID need to repeat study & to form appropriate plan.

I had been suffering from migraines and dizziness for nearly tow months and had been seen by a previous neurologist before going to Dr. Sandhu for a second opinion. I truly wish I had gone to her first. She knew was wrong with me by simply listening to me describe my symptoms to her. She makes you feel valued as a patient and that is very important to me! She has also helped find real solutions and results.
