Bad News Good News
I am an established patient at RVMC breast center for many years. I had my mammogram done yesterday and was saddened and surprised to hear that my radiologist recently separated from the hospital. However I was very impressed by Dr Barofsky, who read my mammogram and contacted me directly with the results. She was lovely and professional. I feel that I am in good hands! Thank you Dr Barofsky.

I can't thank Dr. Borofsky enough !
Today, I had the great experience of consulting with Dr. Borofsky about my recent radiology findings. It was as if an angel had come into my life! Dr. Borofsky was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She reviewed my results, explained everything clearly, and even provided me with three options for follow-up care. I feel incredibly lucky to have her managing my healthcare, and I can't thank her enough for everything she's done for me.

Skillful & Detailed-Oriented Radiologist
I can’t believe that Dr. Borofsky has moved across the country to another facility! I’m saddened by this news but grateful that she was my breast radiologist for a good number of years. She was very detailed about looking for abnormalities in all of my scans throughout the years. She has been the only breast radiologist who actually schedules mammograms and breast ultrasounds based on my cycle. Because of Dr. Borofsky, I learned about the importance of scheduling these scans based on my cycle. Thank you Dr. Borofsky for your thoughtful management of my care! I miss you!

I’m lamenting that she left San Mateo. If I could I will fly to NJ just to see her. It was so reassuring knowing that I was under her care and now I feel lost. We miss you here in the Bay Area.

Dr Borofsky is a compassionate, deeply knowledgeable and reassuring radiologist. She is fantastic and is sorely missed in San Mateo, CA. Hackensack Meridian is very fortunate to have her on their medical team.
