While Dr Park is very knowledgeable, they treat patients very poorly. I am still waiting for test results 7 weeks later. Staff do not return calls. I’ve had to call 3-4 times before a call is ever returned. They act like they simply don’t care.

Dr. Park was very polite, explained the procedure, answered any questions prior to the procedure. Once it was over he explained how it went, and discussed the polyp removal. I felt very comfortable with him, and appreciated his expertise. I recommend him to my friends or family in need of his service.

I had a colonoscopy 3/2016. On day three I called the office to report I was not feeling well. My right side, where flat polyps were removed, was very sore and uncomfortable. Not terrible pain, but didn't feel right. It is now June of 2017. Nothing has changed. Last fall they scheduled a CT Scan, but nothing was found. I am very uncomfortable, and there is a hard spot on the right side. I wear elastic waist clothing only to avoid pain. It is irritating it takes so long to get an appt.

I awoke prior to the procedure being completed for my colonoscopy. I felt a great deal of discomfort and pain as a result. I thought this was supposed to be a painless procedure. I think more effort should be placed on the care of the patient I dont plan to use this Doctor again
