Dr. Gupta barely listened to anything I had to say, kept interrupting, and ultimately “prescribed” me an OTC laxative that I told him I have already tried with no effect. He did not take me seriously because, in his words, I appeared to be a “healthy young lady.” This was after I explained to him that I have been dealing with chronic constipation, severe bloating, fatigue, and pain for over two years. I feel so frustrated and dismissed. If you are young and feminine-appearing, find someone else.

Dr. Gupta is very professional: fast and effective. I just remembered that went to surgery room and woke up… the rest is history. I was very Hungry and looking for food that’s all my experience is. Good Doctor.

Dr. Gupta is thorough, knowledgeable and especially kind given my father’s dementia. He stayed over time to see us, and explained, in detail, every step of the procedure, and what could be expected during recovery. His competence is so apparent in his manner of conducting a visit, his responsiveness thus diminishing anxiety. Quite a notable contrast with predecessors seen elsewhere.

Dr. Gupta is always very efficient. He makes me feel comfortable. He is very confident in himself. He is very calm and focused. I feel he is all about the patient. Dr Gupta is highly recommended. My wife feels the same way. He is her doctor, too.

I was greeted with friendly staff/nurses who made me feel comfortable while waiting for the procedure. I recognized one long time nurse from previous visits so it was like seeing an old friend again. Dr Gupta is simply the best in his field ! I love his bedside manner and how he explains the procedure.
