Real helpful. He explained what my symptoms can be related to. I was requesting antibiotics but he explained I need to try other therapies. Thank god I listened to his advice. My symptoms cleared up. I had bad experience with telehealth before. I thought I give it another try. He was straightforward with his recommendations I wish I can just request him to be my provider every time I do telehealth consultation.

He explained what I should take for my symptoms. Listened to what I had to say. Send my prescription promptly to another location I requested . Had a good experience with telehealth. Saved me time to go to doctor appointment during the holidays.

Horrible experience
Telehealth
We spoke via telemedicine. He was short. Dismissive. Rude and didn’t let me say a word in. When I asked him to recap the prescription details he was sending in for me so I can understand, he hung up on me! Then I got an email from MD live saying I missed my appt when I have proof we were on the call for ~5 minutes.

Worst office visit I have ever experienced. Very dismissive. Anxious to get in and get out. Nearly left me in tears with his cold attitude and not at all friendly. Granted it was only a 6 month follow up visit. I’ve visited many doctors over 60+ years and he’s the number one Worst Doctor I’ve ever spent so little time with. I couldn’t wait to leave the office. I was really shocked and disturbed with his attitude When he left the room. I sat there trying to figure out what just happen.
