I had an amazing time working with Dr. Okada, she and her staff we so nice and caring. She preformed my FtM top sugery and I couldn't have been more happy about my results. I believe it's slightly hard to get into an appointment with Dr. Okada, however once you're a patient they care for you like none other. Amazing bedside manors from Okada, very funny and laid back, and she knows when to be serious. What an amazing place that does amazing things. Thank you Drm Okada!

I had surgery with Dr. Okada on Feb 25th. I can't say enough good things about her, her staff, and the hospital staff. I am ridiculously happy with my results. Dr. Okada was incredibly attentive and responsive to questions and concerns. She explained everything that was going to happen and made sure my wife and I understood everything. She, and her office staff, Kelly, are quick to respond to calls or emails with questions or concerns. I do not have enough positive words for this doctor. I wish all my physicians were as attentive as she is.

Dr. Okada performed carpal tunnel release surgery on both of my hands this fall. The relief from nighttime tingling and pain was immediate, and my recovery is going very well. When Dr. Okada operated on my second hand, I asked her to remove a wart on my finger while I was under. Turns out it wasn't a wart; it was a cancerous (squamous cell) growth. Even though we (me, my primary care doctor, and her) thought it was a wart, she made sure to dig in and remove all of it just in case, and I'm very thankful that she did! She did such good work, you can barely tell anything was ever there. Today I visited my primary for a check-up and my new dermatologist for the first full-body check that I need to have done once a year now, and they were both impressed by how good the scar looked. Dr. Okada is a wonderful doctor. She is very personable and explains things thoroughly in an easy-to-understand manner. I highly recommend her.

I wish my experience had been better, it all started out ok but her follow up just was not there. My concerns were not addressed after the surgery & the scars on the area I questioned her about stretched so much that the skin is really thin. She did an unnecessary nipple reduction so now I literally have none. I agreed to cover lipo but she never gave me the estimate & didn’t do any. There was an extra $550 dollars that I paid but was never submitted to my insurance - can’t even find out what it was for. If she had at least acknowledged my concerns I would feel better. I also had asked for pathology as both sisters had breast cancer - she said “she forgot to tell her staff to send it”. Now I get to continue my worries about breast cancer...??

Dr. Okada is an amazing doctor. I am beyond pleased with how she saved my boyfriends had after it was almost torn completely off. She was always there for him/us, she was very positive after all the numerous surgeries he had to have. We are very thankful for her time that she gave him and the most appreciated care that came from her.
