My experience is very similar to others here. This simple man is apart of the fraud that goes on which associated with employers and the disability law. He plays along with the employer and that’s why he is still in business. To everyone reading this, APPEAL!!! seek legal counsel if needed.

This man is a nightmare. Sent by my long term disability provider, he doesn’t even treat the conditions I have but he determined I could go back to work. 5 months later with no income I’m still waiting for an answer to the appeal I had to file. He only got one star because zero isn’t an option. I believe if enough of his victims got together we could file a class action law suit. Negligence, violations of the Hippocratic oath, due diligence.... just to name a few .

I was sent to see this man by my long term disability program. I've been off work for 2.5 years, been approved for disability through Social Security. I have a traumatic brain injury with depression and anxiety along with PTSD and attention deficit all due to the TBI. This doctor states that I can return to work with NO restrictions. I am a respiratory therapist and need critical thinking skills to do my job. Those skills I no longer have and decision making is very hard for me. I don't know why

Dr. Ager is the worst in his profession! I was sent to his office by my employer for an IME report in which he diagnosed me with personality disorder, depression, anger issues and something called Histrionic personality disorder. He also stated that I had a family history of mental illness however said I was not mentally disable and could return to work. Subsequently, I saw two other doctors that strongly disagreed with this doctor's IME and admitted me into a partial hospitalization program.

While being questioned and explaining the stresses in my life, he seemed to empathize with me. Statements like, Your life could be a movie, maybe you should retire instead going back to those work conditions. Only hearing a fraction of the stresses, including suicide attempt. I called back requesting at least 2-3 more sessions so he could hear the total amount of issues I was working through so he can make a more knowledgeable assessment. He said he made his IME judgement. Healthy for work.
