Dr. Harvey Lerner, MD

I have been going to Dr. Harvey Lerner for at least 25 years and I can truthfully state that he is the absolute BEST doctor!!! I trust him completely to provide the best care. His knowledge is truly astounding. He researches, and implements, the most current medical breakthroughs. He is up to date on the newest meds and practices. He is what every doctor should strive to be in their own lives!

Has been my physician for 56 years. I credit his care for my still being alive and reasonably healthy. Can't say enough good things as to his intelligence, competence and concern. His unbelievable willingness to spend considerable time with each patient contributes to, at time, a long wait. It is well worth it! I now travel an hour each way for appointments. Again, well worth it.

Dr Lerner is the best physician I have ever had. He is thorough; takes the time to review history and discuss current issues and/or concerns. If there is a need for a specialist he knows the top Dr. to recommend. He is up to date on research and homeopathic alternatives. He is the whole package..intelligent,kind and compassionate.

Dr Lerner is a thoughtful and caring physician. He keeps up with the current medical studies and presents facts & data from medical journal research.

Yes, you wait for him, but WELL worth the wait. An excellent Doctor, caring, intellectually honest, extremely detailed explanations geared to the Patient or Caregiver's level of understanding, a friendly old country Doc with all the new modern instrumentation and methods. Speaks not only to my elderly Father In Law, but to me. Describes all options, advantages and disadvantages. DO NOT let his age bother you, he is extremely current on the state of the medical art! Outstanding Doctor!!

Dr. Lerner has been my physician for over 40 years. He is intelligent and has earned the respect of his colleagues. . He is an excellent diagnostician. Even though he is in his 80's he stays current with all the latest in medicine. There is no finer doctor than Dr. Harvey Lerner.

I was scheduled for a physical at 11:30 and didn't leave the office until 4:15.The staff said it takes so long because he is so thorough, NOT SO. I spent 2.5 hrs in the waiting room and 2 hrs in the exam room. When I complained they acted like I was being unreasonable. Dr. Lerner sited several studies to me from the 40's and 50's.Upon researching, these studies have been refuted years ago. Dr. Lerner is 84 years old and not keeping up to date medically.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Lerner and the other doctor's in this practice. The office staff are always happy, smiling, caring and accommodating. Dr. Gold, Dr. Gupta, and Dr. Lerner are so knowledgeable and caring. I truly am so happy with the doctors at the practice, especially recently. Not only are the doctors at this practice above and beyond the epitome of expertise, but also, and importantly, extremely personable. You are not just a number, Patty (the office manager) is so caring.
