The staff and doctor lack comic courtesy and your time is not as valuable as their time.Any appointments you wait an 1 to 2 hours past your appointment time before you even see the Doctor. Then they don't up date your prescription with supplier. So when you need CPAC supplies, the prescription is not updated every year I have to call the doctor which is a nightmare cause they put you on hold forever or don't answer the phone! When asked to leave a voicemail they never return your call. Now they just canceled my appointment by a automated call which I've had scheduled for 6 months.When I attempted to call them I was on hold forever and when I voiced my opinion about being on hold for ever and not happy with the soons they could see me would be February 18th was told have a nice day and hung on.Novulgar language or yelling. I simply statedput me down for the appointment.and I was gonna start looking for another doctor cause I was fed up with the lack of professionalism

Very unprofessional, I sat in a appointment for hours to listen to him yell and curse at a women over the phone about documentation. They lost a big chunk of my medical files.... my God the list goes on and on

Very Poor experience Overall! Very frustrating trying to get information or follow up. I would not waste time or entrust my or my loved one's health to this Guy!! Need to be reported to the Board!!

One appointment his staff forget to take my file back so he left the office without seeing me. Today after completing yearly paperwork and going through the preliminaries I was told that he did not realize that he had appointments today. I made the appointment a year ago. Why he is not checking this schedule the day before or week before. No excuse for this.
