DR. Makhzoumi and his staff are WONDERFUL!! I went for a serious breathing issue. The girl at the front desk is very nice and accommodating. His respiratory therapist explained everything and was very patient. The doctor has a GREAT bedside manner and was thorough. He is kind and one of the best doctors I have every seen. I have had this condition for YEARS and he was able to get it under control.

He is the worst dr. I've ever seen! He is a controller who will not listen or care about any of your issues. It's his way or NO way. Bed side manner is nonexistent. I do not recommend anyone going to him! He bellows at you, and treats you like a child. There is nothing you can say to him that will help you with the problem that you need help with. Very dissatisfied. No longer a patient of his.

I am so upset and disappointed by the terrible experience I had with Dr. Hassan M Makhzoumi and his office in the 1700 block of York Road. Having a scary breathing issue, I made the appointment and waited weeks for it. At 3:14 p.m., as I was driving to my appointment -- which was to begin at 3:45 p.m. -- I got a call from the office asking if I was on my way because I was the doctor's last patient of the day and he wanted to make sure I was coming.
