Dr Cheong takes the time and personal interest to explain any findings in layman’s terms!He is trustworthy, caring and we know he’s always been there for us! We may wait to see him but it’s worth the wait! We’ve never come across a Dr that puts his patients first!

Wait time for appointment can run up to 1.5 hours after appointment is supposed to start. Tried scheduling a follow up appointment for a visit to the emergency room (supposed to be up to a week after visit), but the soonest available time for follow up appointment is 3 weeks after my visit to ER. Not sure if receptionist doesn't understand that follow up appointments are supposed to be urgent, but having to wait 3 weeks is ridiculous.
