Excellent doctor
Excellent doctor who spends time with me and explains everything. Also very responsive to let me know the results of any tests. I feel very comfortable being under his care.

Unprepared, impatient, and confrontational
My long-time provider left the practice and I was assigned to Dr. Zwerling. He was late for the appointment. He did not have my medical records. He performed no examination. He asked me about four or five questions and didn't allow me to finish answering most of them. He made assumptions about my previous care and about me. If his goal was to drive me away, it worked.

Very rude
He is very rude doctor who barely spent 20 minutes for first appointments and no real explanation for issue. He seems very insulting when we ask few questions and I wouldn’t recommend him for anyone. Please avoid this doctor at any cost since he is not only rude but he is arrogant, insulting and can not give any good answer for issue you have it. Not worth the time and money!

I had several appointments over several years with Dr. Zwerling. Every appointment ended up with me crying in my car. I finally had enough and I changed practices after my last visit and my new Endocrinologist looked beyond the numbers from the test that monitored my issue and at my quality of life. Within 3 months of seeing my new Endocrinologist I had surgery, had the affected parathyroid gland removed and am feeling great and back to my old self.

First 3 minutes he calls me “stupid” for not finishing college because I didn’t know what I wanted to do. Long enough that I had to step out of my comfort zone& remind him that, that was not what I was there for. Gave me papers to educate me on safe sex and talked about my thyroid problem(which he said was not a real problem)for maybe 3 minutes.Told me I’d be fat my entire life and that my thyroid meds had nothing to do with why I stopped gaining wait for no reason when working out 5 days a week

The office chaotic. On several occasions I have had a scheduled appointment excepting that the medication the doctor prescribed would be delivered to his office. The pharmacy cannot get the office to return phone calls. I have had to reschedule appointments since office is unprepared. Dr says on his voicemail that he is short staffed. Simple answer hire more people.
