Dr. Hazel Langcauon, MD

My PCP was dropped from my insurance and I was reassigned to Dr Langcauon. I was nervous after reading other reviews but after two visits with her I feel she is a good doctor. She was very helpful for my issues, and explains things well. Like most doctors, she is in a rush to get to the next patient, but she was always willing to answer another question. On both occasions the same woman took my BP and weight, and I thought she was excellent.

The Franciscan Network stopped accepting HMO insurance so I lost my doctor. The only place in my network now is this Access Community Health clinic. I was assigned to this Dr Langcauon and she is horrible. She has absolutely no bedside manner, she's very patronizing and arrogant. There is not enough money in the world to pay me to return to see her again. I would not recommend this doctor at all, I rate her at a -10. Avoid, Avoid!

Dr Hazel was one of the worse doctors I've ever encountered. She's was rude and short with me. She even decided to insult me at one time, she said and i quote you would think being close to 50 you'd know how to take ur Med,s. What a horrible unfeeling, non compassionate person she was. Im so glad to never see her again but i do wanna warn the ppl that are being directed to her that her bed side manner and patient interaction is horrible. This is not the doctor for you if your having a problem.
