Shoirah is just another typically incompetent, self serving faux physician at "Mt. Cyanide". He races through apptmnts, couldn't care less about his patients and can't diagnose half the disorders he's responsible for because he knows he doesn't have to. It's Mt. Cyanide where the inly use they have for the Patients Bill of Rights is to wipe their you-know-what.
