Dr. Shams exceeded my expectations in every way, demonstrating a remarkable passion for advocating for my health. He was deeply invested in getting to the root of my medical situation, ensuring that every aspect was thoroughly examined. His attentiveness was evident as he made room in his busy schedule to accommodate my needs, showing a level of commitment that is truly rare. Dr. Shams took extraordinary measures to ensure that all necessary tests and procedures were handled correctly. He personally communicated with outside labs to eliminate any possibility of mistakes, and even took the time to review alternate medications with me, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Never once did I feel rushed; instead, he treated me with the utmost respect and care, making me feel like a valued patient rather than just another number. When I shared my past experiences of feeling gaslit by other doctors, Dr. Shams took immediate action to make me feel heard and validated. He took my health, diagnosis, and recovery very seriously, and for that, I am profoundly grateful. Dr. Shams' professionalism, dedication, and genuine care make him the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. I am thankful that God put him in my path when I needed help the most.

Dr. Shams is an excellent doctor. He explained my condition and listened to my concerns. He answered all my questions. Dr. Sham's is trustworthy and made me feel very comfortable. He is one of the best doctors I have had at Kaiser.
