I have been to Dr Shin a few times since 2014. His office has improved in satisfaction 100% this year, (2017). Dr Shin always has given great foot care! Whether you need toenails trimmed, surgery for hammer toe or simple things; either he or his attendants are very capable, helpful & friendly.

Dr Shin was wonderful. Was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I felt very comfortable and extremely impressed w/ his staff and professionalism. I would reccommend Dr. Shin without hesistation!

Extremely unfriendly and unaccommodating front office person "Victoria". Rude and unfriendly. If she is office manager, she demonstrates to staff to be rude and nasty. Because of Victoria, and the choice of what (Dr. Shin?) or (Victoria)? choose to play on the patient waiting room T.V (Highly controversial news content), I decided I'd no longer be Dr. Shin's patient. He may want to think about his choice of whom is the first person a patient encounter, and speak with as they come into the office
