Uncaring, uneducated doctor
I have a rare mental disorder that he repeatedly told me didn’t exist and made threats to me ”force compliance” had no clue how to handle a relatively easy to handle situation. I was unable to communicate, all they had to do was monitor my vitals because my disorder causes vitals to go crazy. I have a medical alert band with condition listed.

Insensitive, terrible bedside manner, no sense of
Dr Brown took over me after shift change. I was supposed to be discharged with pain medication sent to the pharmacy. I was due for pain medication at 830 am. It wasn't until 12:08pm that he found the time to send in the order for the prescription. Crying in pain after 2 herniated discs in my spine wasn't apparently urgent enough. My nurse even expressed her frustration with him "conveniently unavailable to anyone" to take 3 min to finish up a patient. The entire experience makes me want to avoid st vincent ER if he is on shift.

Rude. Abrupt. Accused me of seeking pain medication. Did not even examine me. But I'm sure he got paid!
