She was very attentative. Explained procedure to my understanding. Procedure went very well.I am very leary about any dental procedure because of horror stories I have heard concerning any surgery in the mouth. My surgery went very well, never felt a thing. Also never had to use any pain pills that were prescribed for possible after pain.

Dr Charcot did a very thorough examination and explained the results clearly. She is very professional, yet friendly. The staff is also most welcoming and efficient. The whole experience was great.

I really like Dr. Charcut. She is prompt, courteous, professional, efficient, careful and caring. I have been getting periodontal services for years from her and undergoing a tooth implant. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. I have never had a bad experience at her office.
