Dr. Horton literally saved my life in Feb 2006. I was 55, and going at a rate of 100 miles and hour and BAM..... diagnosed with CHF having an EF of less than 17% and falling....I would trust her with anyone of my loved ones....her knowledge, skills and bedside manor are a rare combination....we have moved a distance too far to make it possible to still be in her care, I do and always will miss her!
