Dr. Hunt is hands down the WORST doctor I have ever encountered. She is rude, condescending, and incompetent. She blatantly lies straight to your face when you question her. She does absolutely 0 workup and says she can determine your issue just by looking at you. How this incompetent rude woman obtained a medical license is mind baffling. The worst part is she had a student doctor with her, I pray the only the ing the student retains from training with her is what not to do as a doctor.

ED Visit Cardiac
Have been in the ED six times last year. Five of those times I was admitted to the hospital. Dr Helen Hunt took care of me twice and was excellent. Kind, caring and smart. I hope not to have to go the ED anytime soon but if I do I hope Dr. Helen Hunt is on duty.

Unacceptable Patient Care
I had lower left abdomen pain, as I’ve had many times in the past. However, this time it’s really intense (8-9). I didn’t sleep much. I went to the Passavant ER. After having bloodwork done and a CT scan w contrast, they found a 22x14mm kidney stone on my left side w moderate swelling. No intestinal issues. Dr. Heather Hunt said that urine was still getting past the obstruction and the pain was in the wrong area for it to be caused by the stone. I asked to see a urologist. They said there were none available. I asked to talk to another doctor. They said no and refused to admit me. They also refused to give me pain meds because they said it was a GI issue. I don’t know how I’m going to function once the administered pain medication wears off. They recommended that I follow up with a urologist. Make no mistake, the stone is so large that I will need surgery. How long will I have to endure this pain? Isn’t the goal to help the patient? The care I received from Dr. Hunt is unacceptable.

Rude, short and doesn't listen
Extremely rude, short and didn't have time for you. Would not listen to you when asking questions. Irritated you questioned her. Bedside manner was non existent. No one wants to be at an ER but when you come across someone like it her it makes it that much worse.
