I was not very happy with the care that I received at my last appointment. I went in to discuss a skin condition (on my torso) and the doctor showed me photos online of what she thought I had instead of examining me. She also ended up prescribing me medication for another issue and didn't provide me any other options or discuss any of the possible side effects that I should look out for. Overall, she didn't seem very interested in my health.

She was kind, compassionate, took time to explain and also show me with images in real time what was happening to me and why I was experiencing pain. She told me what would typically have been down and how we could plan to get the situation under control, which she made me feel was indeed possible.
