I have been a long time patient and still absolutely love Chrissy Welch and will miss her. But, I haven't seen her but once or twice in the last few years anyway. I have been seeing Ryann and that's where it went wrong. I should have said something sooner... this is partially my fault. They are essentially throwing away my long term patient relationship over a wrong dosage on a prescription. Instead of just correcting it and moving on, she tries to defend it, she lies to me, they hang up on me, and then tell me to we were both rude and to 'call it even', accept it and move on!?! The sad part is I am the one who is truly losing in this but, how can I continue to see a Dr I do not trust!?!

I've been seeing Dr McKenzie for several years. She is attentive and caring. When visiting the office it doesn't feel like they are just trying to get as many patients as they can in for the day. She takes her times and listens. The staff is very friendly and gets back to you when you leave messages.

Love Dr. McKenzie and her staff. They are friendly, caring and always ready to "REALLY" listen to your problems. Crissy, her Nurse Practitioner is fabulous. She carries on Dr. McKenzie's caring attitude and methods of treatment. They are more interested in your over all health than just prescribing meds for EVERY little thing.

When you see Dr. McKenzie it is not a cattle call. She always takes her time during our visits. Always compassionate and caring. Very easy to talk to about what ails you. She is the Greatest doctor we ever had.

Dr. McKenzie and her Nurse Practitioner are amazing. Both have excellent knowledge, caring, and spend quality time getting to know and understand their patients. True gifts for caring for their patients.

An amazing Doctor. I recommend Dr. McKenzie to everyone. So compassionate. I am blessed that I found her almost fifteen years ago. She keeps me feeling well.

Dr McKenzie is what you expect from your healthcare provider. She cares about you and your family with the same passion as if you were her family. I had a problem misdiagnosed by three other doctor and a hospital, she immediately recognized the problem and saved my life. I will always see her, no matter how far away I live. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a "Great Doctor" and wants to be treated fairly with respect and compassion. Five stars!!!

I highly recommend Dr. McKenzie. I have had some medical issues in the past & was having trouble getting Dr.'s to take the time to listen to me. After not feeling well for several months, she was referred to me. So I was going to give it one more shot & I am glad I did. Not only did she diagnose me with certain health issues but she set me up with a team of Dr.'s that listened and worked with me & a year later I am doing much better. Thanks for giving me hope again!

She is a kind and caring Doctor talks to you like you matter. I have been very happy with her. She reminds me of my Doctor growing up always listens to what you say and if she feels you need to see someone else she sends you. She is a wonderful Doctor so sad we don't have more like her.

I tried a couple of times to schedule an appointment with Dr. McKenzie, but I could never get her scheduler, Angie, to call me back to discuss scheduling.
