She is the kind of doctor who gives medicine a negative image. She entered my mother's hospital room and it was VERY obvious that she had no fore knowledge of her medical history. She proceeded to "diagnose" my mother with a disease that an oncologist has already performed a biopsy for and determined that she does not have. She picked up a Kleenex and blew her nose and used said Kleenex to pick her nose. Very unprofessional and uncaring. Hopefully, she will have a doctor like herself one day.

I pray that any of my family nor myself will ever have to be treated by this rude, cold physician. I've never been so degraded in my entire lifetime of chronic illness. She is clinically incompetent and the only Way she is able to even practice medicine is as a hospitalist, because if not, she would not have a reoccurring patient population. These are the type physicians that need to realize no one, including herself is immune to being in a hospital bed one day.

We arrived in the ER with Hematoma Blisters on my DH's arm and after an hour, the bleeding started and wouldn't stop. E.R. Doctor, Heather Richie, MD cared for him. My DH was on Coumadin, is 94 and had been bleeding for 3 hours straight. She prescribed 2 suppositories and an oral laxative - for a 94 year old, with only half a colon, with unstoppable bleeding. Richie said we were overreacting and to get over it. 24 hours of rectal bleeding is overreacting!

I would never recommend this Dr to anyone I care about, even as a last resort. She is very heartless, cold, and doesn't listen to her patients. She came in the room not knowing my history, or the 30 surgeries I have been through and without looking at my available records, kicked me out of hospital. I'm guessing thinking I was a seeker. I have legitimate pain, and a horrible health history. I already felt like giving up because my quality of life, due to another dr's error.
