She was grilling me on why I took a certain medication, the intent in her voice was not at all a tone of compassion, it bordered on sardonicism. When I told her why I took it, she quickly twisted up what I said and right after the appointment she went back into the chart, as a new patient, and changed my gender marker to the wrong one instead of what was on all of my documents that they literally photocopied. Without asking for further clarification of any kindIt's mind boggling that providers, who take an oath of ethics no less, think this kind of thing is acceptable. If you can't give compassionate care to every patient, don't be a caregiver. We come in at our lowest looking for help, and you think you can just laugh at people? Cool cool, enjoy the review

Every time I met with her she had no time, no care, no compassion to my medical needs. Made me feel like I was exaggerating my ailments and never did anything to help me. If I ever wanted any help I had to go to the ER of another hospital, but of course I could never get a competent follow up with her or anyone in the office. I would just be in pain or sick for months without returned communication.
