I went to see Dr. Waterhouse as a high school senior (2012). She had me explain what was going on and what I was experiencing, which I know isn't anything that is out of the ordinary (eating disorders, cutting, suicidal thoughts, etc.) Whenever I was finished, she asked me in a very nasty tone "What is WRONG with you?" I was very taken aback, and to be honest it set my mental health progress back more than I would like to admit. Very unprofessional woman. The staff were very friendly, however.

I’ve been treated by several psychiatrists over the years and Dr Waterhouse is by far the best I’ve seen. With her help I’ve weathered many storms where I felt my life spinning out of control and felt hopeless. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

She has a few issues herself. Needs to tone it down a notch with patients. Harsh by the way she treats her staff. Always judge an MD by the way they treat their staff. D-

I was referred to Dr Waterhouse by my gyn at Centennial and had a tentative appt set up for mid Oct. I made the appt in early sept and the first avail was Oct. I was in need of seeing Dr Waterhouse and my sister, my gyn and I attempted to move up my appt with no response from their office. I just received a phone call from the office of Dr Waterhouse stating that they were canceling my October appt and that Dr Waterhouse had changed her mind in taking me as a patient. Very unprofessional!!

Strongly focused on medication as opposed to behavioral interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy.

Dr. Waterhouse is caring, understanding and a very wise doctor. She has helped me get my children on a path that is right for them with medication. She is very understanding and compassionate and extremely easy to talk to. I highly recommend her.
