Dr. Heather Wayland, MD

I have been a patient of Dr Wayland for a few years now, she is very professional and knowledgeable, and thankfully referred me out to Dr Katz who diagnosed my condition accurately and doing much better physically as a result. Thank you Dr. Wayland.

Dr. Wayland is knowledgeable, clinically outstanding, trustworthy, kind, and compassionate. She takes the time to listen and offer sound medical advice. She never rushes through a visit. She follows up with lab results and other pertinent information in a timely matter. I know that I can count on her to do exactly what she says she will. She has incredible bed side manner so it’s easy to talk to her when I have medical questions, or concerns. I trust her completely.

She is absolutely the worst! She was extremely rude to me, didn't even throughly examine, made me feel like I was nothing! She shouldn't be a doctor if she's going to make her patients feel like nothing! Go back to med school and adjust your attitude problems.

Dr. Wayland is a knowledgeable and competent MD, who has a calm and trustworthy manner. She took time to evaluate me as a new patient. I appreciate her exemplary “bedside manner.” Highly recommended.

I am writing in concern, I saw this physician for about 6 months during a very difficult time. This doctor did extreme damage to me as her patient, so much so I had to fight 2 uncalled for Baker Acts by JFK hospital (which oddly two other of my sick neighbors also had to endure). During which I was suffering serious infections that no one treated. I left the state to avoid further abuse they left in my files and thankfully have gotten long awaited care, this doctor and JFK were happy to cripple me with ZERO care, it literally was destroying my life and sad this woman is allowed to address any patient dealing with any serious disabling HEALTH issue. I highly recommend a better doctor if you have a difficult health issue, this one manipulates her sick patients and its very sad.

Never got there. Made an appointment but needed to cancel. Spent 22 minutes on hold. Never spoke to anyone. Who would ever want a doctor like that

Amazing! Highly recommended. I felt very comfortable while highly nervous. She took more than enough time to go over everything with me. She listened to me and asked all relevant questions. Provided prescriptions, references and lab work! Very knowledgeable and kind!
