The best Gyno I have ever experienced
She was kind, patient, didn't talk down to me. She could tell I am more leaning on the homeopathic side and didn't give me an eye roll but offered options and solutions that were more natural and she knew her herbs!! Which is rare! Im hoping to stick with her from here on out.

She is the best Gynecologist I have ever had. After several docs just changed my meds, she actually did a thorough exam and offered me real solutions. I was sad to see her leave VA. It's not easy having some real female difficulties and she helped me every step of the way.

Amazing surgeon and doctor
I knew from the moment I met Dr Zechman that she was the right doctor for me. She is kind and compassionate and even though I had a long list of questions she answered each one thoroughly and with patience. I had to have a complicated surgery but she performed it with her amazing skill and expertise so that I am recovering well. She is absolutely the best.

Honest , professional and confident.
Dr. Zechman performed a surgery called a myomectomy, she and her team carefully removed 8 fibroids, 1 cyst and I was able to keep my uterus intact. I’m so glad she stepped in and took full control of this procedure, Because of her wealth of knowledge and experience I did not have a hysterectomy… her entire team handled me with a spirit of excellence. Dr.Zechman was my gynecologist during my first pregnancy at Richmond, Virginia. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a very caring, understanding and a knowledgeable doctor. She made my life easier and I had quite a few complications both during my pregnancy and Deliver. She explains the condition very clearly and how to go about treating the conditions. She is the best Gynecologist I have ever Met.

Dr Zechman was my OB for 8 years, she delivered two of my children. Her knowledge and bedside manner makes her irreplaceable. She moved to AZ from VA and I have not been able to find anyone that compares close to her. She is an incredible surgeon, I recovered with ease from the two C-sections I had with her. AZ is lucky to have her!

Dr. Zechman was amazing! I went in to get hormone testing done and she was great about answering questions and helping me understand. She seemed to really care. I hope she starts to care about how terrible the front desk is with answering phones!!! Each time I called I waited 7+ minutes on hold. They answer the phone "thank you for calling ___ can you hold?" That is my only complaint but it is a rather large complaint that needs reviewed. I have gone back to my former Dr. it was that bad.

I really like & already trust Dr. Zechman. I appreciate her taking the time to discuss my symptoms/history and then answer my questions. I will be going back soon for a procedure and feel confident in her care. I received my lab results in less than 24 hours, which was great.

I love this doctor. She is always on point in that she lays out plenty of treatment options, gives her recommended approach, listens to you, takes time to realky address all concerns and is very personable. It is rare to find a doctor like her today. She makes me so comfortable that she feels more like my friend than my OBGyn. So glad I found her! Now, to find a PCP equally as professional. Thank you Heather Zechman.
