Girls at front desk are always rude! In person and over the phone I called because I had to reschedule my daughters appt and the next available appt would be 6 months from now and when I asked about my daughters prescription which she needs to take a pill a day for hypothyroidism she basically told me too bad and when I asked her if there was another dr she said yes but she won't see her so there was no solution dr Granados is a good dr but his staff is horrible always an argument with them!

Dr. Granados takes great care of my Panhypopituitarism/ Adrenal insufficient daughter. He is very thorough and always explains in detail what she needs and meds he is prescribing. He is also quick to respond to any emergency issue that she may have. I am completely satisfied with the care my daughter recieves and would recommend him.
